About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert who can independently plan, launch, manage, optimize, and scale high-performing Meta advertising campaigns, especially for real estate and lead-generation businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
• Manage lead generation, conversion, traffic, and remarketing campaigns.
• Create campaign structures, audiences, ad sets, and budgets.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, copy, and campaign structures.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Work with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and copies.
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Events, Conversions API, and tracking.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, policies, and new features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation & Performance Marketing.
• Experience with real estate lead generation will be a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimization.
• Good understanding of Meta Pixel, Events, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience handling high-budget advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM and lead tracking systems.
