Meta Ads Intern

Medsurge India is looking for a motivated Meta Ads Intern to join our digital marketing team. The intern will get hands-on experience in managing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns, lead generation, campaign optimization and performance analysis.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation
• Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS
• Basic knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work on live campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Support audience research and targeting
• Assist with campaign monitoring and optimization
• Track key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC and ROAS
• Help with A/B testing of creatives, audiences and ad copies
• Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives
• Prepare basic campaign performance reports
• Research competitors and new advertising opportunities

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate / pursuing Digital Marketing, Marketing, MBA or related course
• Freshers with a basic understanding of Meta Ads are encouraged to apply
• Analytical, proactive and eager to learn
• Interest in Healthcare / Medical Tourism Digital Marketing is an advantage
• Candidates who can work from the Gurgaon office
• F2F interview availability is mandatory

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
