Meta Ads Intern

We are looking for a motivated Meta Ads Intern with 0–6 months of experience to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and digital marketing concepts, along with a willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Set up campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and campaign objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
• Conduct audience and competitor research to improve campaign performance.
• Work on the Meta Pixel tracking setup to ensure accurate tracking of key events, lead submissions, and campaign conversions.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize campaign results.
• Maintain campaign documentation and stay updated with Meta Ads trends and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months -1 year of experience or internship in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
• Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
