Meta Ads Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns from planning to execution
• Develop advertising strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage advertising budgets and maximize campaign performance
• Build customer acquisition, retargeting, and remarketing funnels
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing ads
• Implement Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ROAS
• Mentor and support junior advertising specialists
• Stay updated on Meta advertising trends and platform changes

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and analytics
• Demonstrated experience managing ₱500,000 or more in monthly Meta Ads spend, either for a single business or across multiple client accounts, with proven success in optimizing campaign performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns for business growth
