About InstagreyInstagrey is a fast-growing digital marketing agency. We help local service businesses get real customers through Facebook and Instagram ads. We're expanding into major cities and need a sharp Ads Manager to keep our clients' campaigns running.

What you'll do

• Design a flyer or ad creative for each new client (we'll give you the brand info and templates)
• Set up and submit a new Meta ad campaign every time a new client signs up
• Monitor active campaigns and keep them running smoothly
• Send each client their lead list on schedule
• Work with our sales team so new clients get launched fast

Pay: $35 per active client, every monthYour pay grows with the number of active clients you manage:

• 50 active clients = $1,750 per month
• 100 active clients = $3,500 per month
• 200 active clients = $7,000 per month
• The number of clients can keep going up, and your pay goes up with it

These are examples, not guarantees. Pay depends on how many clients are active and paying.

Requirements

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram ads), or strong willingness to learn fast
• Comfortable making flyers and ad graphics (Canva or similar)
• Organized and reliable, with a laptop and internet connection
• Able to meet deadlines with no one watching over you
• Good written communication

• Experience with lead generation for local businesses
• Experience managing multiple accounts at once
