Meta Ads Manager Using AI

Job Overview

We are looking for someone to run Meta ad accounts across multiple clients, using AI tools for creative testing and reporting while owning the strategy and budget decisions directly.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager for several client accounts
• Use AI tools to generate and test ad copy and creative variations
• Monitor accounts closely during the learning phase and after any changes
• Report on lead quality and cost per qualified lead, not just lead volume
• Communicate account performance to clients in plain language
• Adjust targeting, budgets, and creative based on what the data shows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing live Meta ad accounts and budgets
• Comfortable explaining a learning phase, a CPL spike, or a campaign change to a client
• Familiar with AI tools for ad copy or creative generation, and their limits
• Experience managing more than one ad account at a time
