Meta Ads Performance Lead

About the role

This role will own the strategy, direction and performance of paid acquisition across Facebook and Instagram. You will lead the Meta Media Buyer, Creative Specialist and Video Editor, set the testing agenda, establish campaign strategy and ensure the team is focused on profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall Meta advertising strategy across Facebook and Instagram, including campaign objectives, account structure, audience strategy, budget allocation and scaling plans
• Lead and develop the Meta team including the Media Buyer, Creative Specialist and Video Editor, setting clear priorities and holding the team accountable for performance and execution quality
• Build and maintain a structured creative testing system covering hooks, angles, messaging, formats, offers and audience segments to sustain a consistent pipeline of new concepts
• Monitor and optimise full-funnel acquisition performance from ad spend through to funded customer outcomes, targeting and maintaining a 3x+ ROAS benchmark
• Make budget allocation and scaling decisions based on revenue and downstream customer outcomes rather than platform-level metrics alone
• Identify and address performance deterioration across the funnel including creative fatigue, audience saturation and declining conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing pages, application flows and conversion paths that directly impact lead quality and funded outcomes
• Ensure accurate performance measurement by working with the Data Analyst and technical team across Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, CRM attribution and offline conversion data
• Provide management with clear, commercially focused reporting on advertising performance, spend efficiency, ROAS, lead quality and scaling opportunities
• Maintain strong Meta account hygiene, advertising compliance and account health to protect the business from policy risks and restrictions

About you

• 3 or more years of hands-on Meta advertising experience with a strong command of Meta Ads Manager and campaign architecture
• Proven track record managing at least $250,000 per month in Meta advertising spend, with experience at $500,000 or more per month highly regarded
• Strong background in lead generation advertising with demonstrated ability to generate leads profitably at significant scale
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics including ROAS, CPL, cost per qualified lead and how advertising decisions connect to downstream customer and revenue outcomes
• Experience developing and executing structured creative testing strategies and turning performance data into actionable creative briefs
• Ability to analyse performance beyond surface metrics and connect advertising results to lead quality, application rates and funded revenue
• Experience leading or directing other performance marketing team members in a structured, commercially focused environment
• Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM parameters, CRM attribution and offline conversion data
• Experience in financial services, business finance, commercial lending or other high-value lead generation industries is highly preferred
• Currently holds an active Meta advertising account in good standing with an unrestricted personal Meta profile, and is based in the Philippines and available to work full time from our Eastwood office
