META ADS PERFORMANCE MARKETER

About the role

Maza Empire Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented candidate to join our team as a Meta Ads Performance Marketer. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of designing, managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads, sales and quality campaign returns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and manage campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
• Handle Lead Generation, Conversion and Sales campaigns
• Conduct research on audience, market and competitors
• Design and implement creative testing and A/B testing
• Monitor and consistently optimise campaign performance
• Analyse metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM and Conversion Rate
• Manage and ensure tracking through Meta Pixel, Events and Conversion API (CAPI) functions properly
• Identify issues or bottlenecks in the advertising funnel
• Provide regular campaign performance reports
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and company profitability

About you

• Experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads
• Understanding of campaign structure, ad set, audience and creative
• Proficient in reading and analysing campaign data
• Understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion tracking
• Able to make decisions and optimisations based on data
• Proactive in conducting testing and seeking improvement opportunities
• Accountable for the performance of campaigns managed
• Able to work individually and as part of a marketing team
• Experience managing Meta Ads in Trading / Financial Education, Webinar, Coaching / Education, Digital Product, Lead Generation or Performance Marketing industries is preferred
