We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with 1-3 years of proven expertise in managing Facebook and Instagram ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns, managing ad spend efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to meet business objectives such as sales and brand awareness.
• Develop and manage ad budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Run and monitor ad campaigns daily, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance adjustments.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging tailored for social platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on social media ad trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and strategic alignment.
• Report campaign performance to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of ad spend management, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
• Hands-on experience running, monitoring, and adjusting paid social campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a marketing team effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zirakpur, Punjab (Zirakpur, S.A.S Nagar District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Preferred)
• E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
