Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as Email and Chat Support Agents. You will assist customers through chat and email, answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate and professional support while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Handle account, product, or service-related inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and update records.
• Follow company policies and support procedures.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Strong typing and basic computer skills.
• Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
• BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with no experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
