🔸岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities

一、Meta / Facebook 广告投放

负责 Facebook / Meta 及其他媒体渠道的广告投放与运营。

熟练操作 Meta Business Manager（BM）、广告账户及广告账户分配与管理。

熟悉 Campaign、Ad Set、Ad 等广告结构，以及受众定位和版位策略。

独立完成广告投放、数据监控、预算调整及持续优化。

熟练进行广告数据分析，根据数据表现优化 ROI、ROAS、CTR、CVR 等核心指标。

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook / Meta and other major media channels.

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager (BM), advertising accounts, account allocation and management.

Strong understanding of Campaign, Ad Set and Ad structures, as well as audience targeting and placement strategies.

Independently manage campaign launches, performance monitoring, budget allocation and continuous optimization.

Analyze advertising performance and optimize key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CTR and CVR based on campaign data.

二、广告素材与数据分析

负责广告素材测试、评估及投放效果分析。

关注广告审核及投放异常，并及时进行处理。

熟悉完整转化链路：曝光 → 点击 → 注册 → 转化。

根据不同国家、地区及用户特点制定针对性的广告投放策略。

持续进行 A/B Testing，优化素材、受众、广告结构及投放策略。

Test, evaluate and analyze advertising creatives and campaign performance.

Monitor ad responses, reviews and take timely action.

Understand the full conversion funnel: Impressions → Clicks → Registrations → Conversions.

Develop localized advertising strategies based on different markets, regions and user behaviors.

Conduct continuous A/B testing to optimize creatives, audiences, campaign structures and advertising strategies.

🔸任职要求 | Job Requirements

一、工作经验

具备实际 Meta / Facebook Ads 投放经验。

具备相关行业的线上推广、用户增长或市场运营经验。

熟悉 Meta Ads Manager 及完整广告投放流程。

Proven hands-on experience with Meta / Facebook Ads.

Experience in online promotion, user growth, or marketing operations within a relevant industry is required.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and the overall advertising process.

二、专业能力

熟悉 BM、广告账户、Campaign、Ad Set、Ad 等广告架构。

具备较强的数据分析及广告优化能力。

能够根据数据独立判断问题并制定优化方案。

对广告素材、用户行为及市场趋势具有较强敏感度。

Strong understanding of BM, Ad Accounts, Campaigns, Ad Sets and Ads.

Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills.

Ability to independently identify performance issues and develop optimization strategies.

Strong understanding of advertising creatives, user behavior and market trends.

三、语言要求

中文或英文流利，熟练掌握其中一种语言即可。

Fluent in either Chinese or English. Proficiency in one of the two languages is sufficient.

四、素材制作能力

能够独立制作及优化广告素材。

有视频剪辑、图片设计及广告创意制作经验者优先。

能够根据不同市场及目标用户制作高转化广告素材。

Able to independently create and optimize advertising creatives.

Experience in video editing, graphic design and advertising creative production is preferred.

Ability to create high-converting creatives based on different markets and target audiences.
