Metal Fabricator/ Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary:
We are a growing metal roofing manufacturer seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator / Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily fabrication operations while managing warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and personnel. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with strong fabrication skills, warehouse management experience, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fabrication and warehouse operations.
• Manage production to meet customer deadlines.
• Operate and oversee metal fabrication equipment.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and production orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, and deliveries.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Train, supervise, and motivate fabrication and warehouse employees.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and report repair needs.
• Work closely with customer service to ensure production schedules are met.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication details.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience.
• Willingness to work in both warehouse and outdoor environments.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Experience with sheet metal and metal roofing products is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
