Metal Finisher

AMERICLAD®, LLC. a rapidly growing manufacturer of architectural metal products based in Rogers, MN is looking to add an experienced metal finisher to its team.

This full-time position includes the following essential duties:

• Rough grinding of aluminum and stainless steel
• Polishing and finish sanding of aluminum and stainless steel
• Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years aluminum and/or stainless steel finishing experience
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be a team player
• Able to work overtime when necessary
• Willing to change tasks within the shop as workload necessitates
• Pass pre-hiring background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug test

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
