Metal Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Metal Machine Operator with knowledge of operating V-grooving machines and sheet metal shaving equipment. The candidate will be responsible for processing metal sheets accurately according to technical drawings, measurements, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate V-grooving machines to create precise grooves in metal sheets.
• Operate metal shaving machines to achieve the required dimensions, smoothness, and finish.
• Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and cutting specifications.
• Set up machines and adjust settings according to material thickness and job requirements.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Handle materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating V-grooving and metal shaving machines.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, sheet metal processing, and machine settings.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
