Metal Shop - Press Brake Operator

Are you skilled with tools and machinery and ready to take on a hands-on role in manufacturing? We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team, operating on a double day shift from Monday to Friday. You will ideally have some experience working with a laser machine. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines to manufacture metal parts and components to high-quality standards.

Some flexibility will be required with the need to work in other areas of the business if and when necessary

• Set up and operate press brake machines to produce precision parts and components.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring all specifications are met.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.

• Troubleshoot issues with the press brake and perform basic maintenance as needed.

• Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience in laser machine

Hours are on a double day shift pattern of:

Mon – Thurs 0600-1400 Fri 0600-1315 alternating with

Mon – Thurs 1400-2215 Fri 1315-1930
