Description Step into a role where metallurgy meets innovation. We are a technically advanced foundry specializing in centrifugal casting, producing high-performance tubular and ring-shaped components for demanding industries. As a Metallurgical Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of process development, customer collaboration, and technical problem-solving — shaping the future of our products and our technology.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer the process: Develop and optimize metallurgical practices for centrifugal casting, from melt preparation to solidification control driving final properties and part performance.
  • Collaborate with customers: Translate technical requirements into solutions, provide metallurgical expertise and build strong partnerships.
  • Drive innovation: Investigate alloy behavior, microstructure, and mechanical performance to push the boundaries of casting technology.
  • Solve challenges: Work side-by-side with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements that make our processes better, faster and cheaper.
  • Lead documentation: Prepare technical reports, specifications, and presentations that influence leadership and customers.
  • Champion improvement: Advance efficiency in melting, casting and heat treatment operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in metallurgical engineering, Materials Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
