该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities Quality System Establish and maintain procedures, work instructions, and quality documents in line with the company’s Quality Management System and applicable standards. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and support continuous improvement activities. Master Data Management Create, update, and maintain formula and raw material master data. Coordinate with Global and local teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and harmonization. Formula Industrialization Work closely with PUD, PPIC, RDD to transfer formulas from development to industrial production. Ensure formula readiness in terms of raw materials, production feasibility, specifications, and process requirements. Production Protocol Work with RDD and PRD to establish and optimize production workflows and protocols for each formula. Ensure that production instructions and critical process parameters are clearly defined and updated. Corrective and Preventive Actions Investigate non-conformities and production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Follow up on action effectiveness to prevent recurrence and reduce non-conforming stock. Safety, Health, and Environment Comply with company policies and requirements related to safety, health, and environmental protection. Promote safe working practices and report potential risks in the workplace. Production Support and Issue Resolution Support the production run of new or modified formulas. Coordinate communication and troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve production issues effectively. Document issues and follow up on improvement actions Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in chemistry, fragrance, formulation, formula management, or a related industry. Good knowledge of fragrance raw materials and formulation processes. Experience in formula industrialization, production support, or quality management is preferred. Good command of written and spoken English. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and relevant ERP or formula management systems. Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
