Method Engineer

Opening with a leading Aerospace company for their office in Mumbai

Role: Methods Engineer

Experience: 3+ years

Preferred Industry: Aerospace, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace or precision-engineered components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements for process planning.
• Prepare process documentation, BOMs, routings, and work instructions.
• Use CAD tools such as CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
• Develop PFMEA, Control Plans, and other quality documentation.
• Coordinate tooling, fixtures, trials, and new product development activities.
• Drive cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Support audits, First Article Inspection (FAI), and corrective actions
