Responsibilities

• Participate actively in troubleshooting issues related to mechanical systems;
• Write functional test procedures for various mechanical systems and identify the tooling required to execute them;
• Review and validate engineering requirements for mechanical systems;
• Plan and implement changes in production;
• Support and optimize daily production operations;
• Examine technical issues and find solutions for the aircraft, from pre-flight through to delivery to the customer;
• Respond to technical questions from the Methods, Quality, and Production departments.

Candidate Profile

• You hold a college diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent experience;
• You have 5 years of experience in the aviation industry;
• You have knowledge of an aircraft's mechanical systems;
• You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and initiative;
• You have sound technical judgment and can work with minimal supervision;
• You have strong organizational and communication skills with a strong customer focus;
• You are bilingual (French and English).
