Methods Engineer

The Methods Engineer will play a key role in supporting major infrastructure and land-use projects by developing and implementing safe, efficient, and innovative construction methodologies. Responsibilities include preparing method statements, construction procedures, technical reports, and supporting documentation, as well as coordinating method drawings and sequence documentation. The role involves conducting constructability reviews, developing construction simulations, and providing technical support to site teams. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering and have experience in large infrastructure, civil, marine, industrial, or mega-project environments. Collaboration with Planning, Engineering, Construction, HSE, and Logistics teams is essential, along with the ability to identify and mitigate schedule constraints and execution risks.

Support project delivery through the development of safe, efficient, and innovative construction methodologies, sequencing studies, constructability reviews, and technical solutions that optimize project performance, cost, schedule, and safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop construction methodologies and execution strategies aligned with project requirements, specifications, and schedules.
• Prepare method statements, construction procedures, technical reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Produce and coordinate method drawings and visual construction sequence documentation.
• Prepare and review construction sequencing studies, logistics plans, and phased execution strategies.
• Develop and maintain 2D, 3D, and 4D construction simulations to support planning and project execution.
• Conduct constructability reviews and identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical support to site teams during construction and resolve methodology-related challenges.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Construction, HSE, and Logistics teams.
• Identify schedule constraints, execution risks, and construction bottlenecks and develop mitigation measures.
• Participate in value engineering and technical optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Experience in large infrastructure, civil, marine, industrial, or mega-project environments.
