Methods, Reporting & Communications Engineer – LOS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT procedures, policies, processes, and governance.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, project methodology, compliance, and quality.
• Maintain CMDB/inventory and support IT change management.
• Develop and publish IT user communications across email, intranet, SMS, video, etc.
• Manage IT communication templates, awareness, and user engagement.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc IT reports for Management and HQ.
• Support IT quality audits and process improvements.
• Act as HSE liaison, coordinating HSE meetings, training, medical fitness records, and compliance.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in IT, Information Systems, Media Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in IT or Media Communications.
• Knowledge of IT solutions, processes, reporting, and technical writing.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
• Media/Communications professionals with IT knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Not a Telecommunications Engineer role.
