Your mission as Methods/Process Technician ⚙️🛠️

• Coordinate equipment industrialization: organize the activities of engineers and technicians involved in industrializing new equipment.
• Apply industrialization standards: ensure VSDP and IPROM standards are followed in cooperation with the Process PTM, respecting applicable compliance requirements.
• Support industrial preparation: contribute to industrial IAR preparation and feed industrialization feedback into the design process.
• Improve equipment reliability: manage maintenance resources to reduce repair times, increase equipment reliability and improve performance against MTTR, MTBF and TRP targets.
• Monitor maintenance costs: propose the maintenance budget, covering overheads, labour and spare parts inventory value, and ensure spending stays within the approved budget.
• Drive productivity improvements: implement maintenance productivity actions linked to P-30.
• Lead maintenance problem-solving: lead maintenance QRQC activities and deploy ERIM and TPM practices.
• Keep technical information reliable: ensure technical documentation and work instructions are issued and updated, equipment FMEAs are completed and current, and spare parts lists remain up to date.
