Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy, and goal-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our Metro by T-Mobile team. In this role, you will be the face of our store—delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is punctual, self-motivated, excels at building rapport with customers, and actively works to hit and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Performance & Customer Engagement
• Proactively engage store visitors to uncover their mobile needs and present appropriate devices, rate plans, and accessories.
• Consistently hit and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling, promotions, and add-on products.
• Deliver outstanding, welcoming customer service to build client trust and drive positive store reviews.
• Account Auditing & Accuracy
• Perform routine account audits to ensure accuracy in customer plan changes, payment processing, and system activations.
• Handle daily Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions, payment collection, and cash drawer reconciliations accurately and securely.
• Assist customers with plan troubleshooting, account updates, and line additions with precise data entry.
• Store Maintenance & Brand Standards
• Maintain the retail store environment to strict Metro by T-Mobile display, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
• Restock sales floor inventory, organize store fixtures, and update marketing and promotional materials promptly.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure backroom stock is orderly and accounted for.
• Reliability & Operational Responsibility
• Demonstrate complete reliability with punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
• Follow all company procedures for inventory control, device security, and store safety.
• Take ownership of daily store tasks with minimal supervision.

Sales experience is a requirement.

Bilingual is PREFERRED BUT NOT A REQUIRMENT
