Metrology Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily supervises, monitoring and controls Quality Assurance or any area assigned.

2. Work hand-in-hand with all concerned department personnel, customer and supplier pertaining to product Quality Assurance or any responsibility assigned and Audit related activities.

3. Represents the company and/or department for some various meetings, training, seminars and other activities conducted within the company.

4. Participate actively and support all plans/projects of the company in achieving customer requirements and company’s mission and quality policy.

5. Responsible to own products quality and Quality Management System target.

6. Responsible to continuous improve and develop the system of FA LV Section towards company’s objective.

7. Responsible to close and update all internal/external corrective and preventive actions to achieve customer satisfaction.

8. Responsible to setting CMM offline program for PCDMIS, Mitutoyo & Mcosmos Geopak.

9. Responsible to design CMM checking jig & quick checking jig.

10. Responsible to review new customer drawing.

11. Train and assist Technicians, Inspectors and subordinates with regards to their job functions.
