Mfg Associate I

Position Summary Position Summary:

Responsible for safe manufacturing of metal C Rings. Utilize standard measuring devices and gauges. Ability to safely use all manufacturing equipment involved in the process.

Scope/Supervision And Interaction C Ring Associates work with other C Ring Associates, Manufacturing Leads, and Manufacturing Support (ie. Cut, Lap, Sandblast, Degrease, Heat Treat). This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Qualifications Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Ability to read
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to work in team environment

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use a computer.

Competitive Compensation Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

• Pay Range: $18/hr to $28/hr
• Participation in Annual Incentive Program
