Responsibilities:

• Perform daily production and technical support activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and support corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance, yield, quality, and productivity.
• Support product builds, engineering evaluations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Investigate equipment or process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, EHS, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and operational records.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other support teams to achieve operational targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, including cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and waste elimination.
• Train and guide operators on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting when required.

Qualifications:

Diploma in a technical or engineering discipline with experience in manufacturing operations, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance. Possesses strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
