Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain the file transfer system, ensuring it is up-to-date and running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot issues related to file transfers and resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and implement procedures for new file transfer processes.
• Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the file transfer system.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
• Strong knowledge of file transfer systems and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in file transfer management.
