MGA Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage vessel MGAs, including reconciliations, Master cash advances, and allotment payments.
• Resolve discrepancies in seafarers’ accounts and follow up on outstanding cases.
• Coordinate with Crew department regarding balances and various issues related to seafarers.
• Support quarterly and year-end financial reports.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the same position
• BSc in Accounting
• English language proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
