MGM Associate - Sales/Stocking

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
• Assist customers with product inquiries, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain organized and attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked by replenishing inventory, managing stock levels, and organizing shelves efficiently
• Apply phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries, providing clear and helpful information
• Support supervising staff by overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management and customer engagement.

Experience

• Prior retail sales experience preferred,
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in managing team tasks or training new staff
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
• Strong communication and clear phone etiquette.
• Experience with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management techniques
• Ability to perform cashiering duties efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Evening and Weekend availability
• Holiday availability
• Must be at least 18 years of age
