MGPS / HVAC Technicians

Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and tune-up air handling units (AHUs), chillers, exhaust fans, split/packaged units, coils, and air filters.
• Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in compressors, blower motors, thermostats, and control boards using multimeters and pressure gauges.
• Refrigerant Management: Recover, leak-test, and recharge refrigerants in accordance with environmental and safety standards.
• Indoor Air Quality (IAQ): Monitor and maintain cleanroom or hospital negative/positive pressure isolation rooms, ductwork, and ventilation flow rates.

MGPS (Medical Gas Pipeline System) Responsibilities

• System Inspection: Conduct routine checks of medical gas pipelines, shut-off valves, alarm panels, zone valve boxes, and pressure regulators (oxygen, vacuum, medical air, N2O).
• Repairs & Leak Detection: Diagnose and repair gas leaks, faulty valve assemblies, pressure drops, or malfunctioning vacuum/compressor plant equipment.
• Cylinder & Manifold Management: Monitor and swap high-pressure gas manifolds, backup cylinder banks, and central supply sources
• Emergency Response: Immediately respond to medical gas pressure alarms or critical system failures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
