Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations, facility management, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, improving OEE, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe and efficient manufacturing environment

What Your Background Should Look Like

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
• Experience improving OEE, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve TPM programs.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Drive equipment reliability and OEE improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
• Lead maintenance and facilities teams, including training and performance management.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and resources.
• Partner with Production and Engineering teams to support operational goals.
• Promote Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
