Provides active monitoring and support for execution of quality processes during the construction phase, and ensures quality expectations are aligned with established frameworks.

Investigates quality non-conformance items, at the project, client or business unit level, especially those which have higher severity or potential for re-occurrence and ensures the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
