Mgr, Solutions Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Mgr, Solutions Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote leadership role will oversee a Solutions Engineering team focused on technical support, application delivery, and networking solutions. The manager will help define team strategy, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and ensure the group is positioned to deliver effective customer and partner support. The role also plays an important part in talent development, workforce planning, and organizational execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $207,000 – $310,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Uphold the company's Business Code of Ethics and report violations
• Manage the Solutions Engineering team, including performance evaluations and training
• Define objectives and strategy for the Solutions Engineering team
• Collaborate with management on headcount planning
• Oversee candidate recruitment with HR
• Ensure effective communication and teamwork within the organization
• Develop and maintain an effective partner plan

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or relevant work experience
• Several years of experience managing technical Solutions Engineers
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and application delivery
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with persuasive communication abilities
• Effective communication with all organizational levels
