Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to clients, utilizing telehealth platforms to enhance accessibility.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring a supportive and understanding environment.
• Utilize bilingual skills to assist diverse populations, fostering inclusivity in therapy sessions.
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health care and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

• Limited Permit to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with telehealth counseling
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply / Spanish++
