At Mandala Hospitality Group (MHG), we are not hiring employees. We are seeking Partners to co-build a multi-billion-dollar global hospitality technology and operating platform.

1. WHY WE ARE HERE

The global hospitality market is filled with thousands of independent experts, consultants, and hotel owners operating in isolation—those with deep expertise often lack capital, while those with clients lack technology and global brand power.

MHG is building an integrated Global Hospitality Platform: Hotels + Owners + Technology/AI + Revenue Management + F&B + Training + Capital. We provide the infrastructure for you to transform your experience, network, and ambition into your own enterprise within the MHG ecosystem.

2. WHO SHOULD JOIN?

We are looking for partners across four core profiles:

• Hospitality Entrepreneurs: Founders of existing service or consulting businesses who have hit a growth ceiling and want to leverage MHG’s infrastructure to scale globally.
• Senior Hoteliers: Seasoned leaders (GMs, Cluster GMs, Directors with 15–30+ years of experience) who are ready to stop climbing the corporate ladder for others and start building a legacy of their own.
• Independent Consultants: Experts looking to scale their practice from serving a handful of properties to empowering hundreds through MHG's AI ecosystem and global infrastructure.
• Young Hospitality Entrepreneurs: High-caliber talents aged 25–35 with relentless drive, strong execution, a global mindset, and a fierce desire to build a venture rather than draw a regular paycheck.

Note: This program is NOT for those seeking a safe job, a fixed career path, or a comfortable monthly base salary.

3. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Market Expansion: Act as MHG's strategic partner to expand our network and forge partnerships with independent hotels across your designated region/market (Vietnam, Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, etc.).
• Platform Deployment: Drive the adoption of MHG’s end-to-end solutions (Technology, AI, Revenue Management, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Pre-opening & Operations) to client partners.
• Venture Creation & Leadership: Establish, scale, and lead your own business unit or regional branch under a venture-partner model.

4. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven Track Record & Deep Expertise: Specialized mastery in at least one key domain: Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, F&B, Hotel Pre-opening, Hospitality Tech, or M&A/Investment.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Full ownership of P&L results, comfort with calculated risks, and a long-term strategic vision (5–10 years).
• High-Value Network: Established connections with hotel owners, investors, or senior industry executives.
• Global & Innovation-Driven Perspective: Tech-forward attitude (AI-ready) with a collaborative international mindset.

5. WHAT YOU GET

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
