Architectural Design / التصميم المعماري: • Develop innovative architectural concepts, preliminary designs, and detailed working drawings for residential and commercial projects. • إعداد وتطوير المفاهيم المعمارية المبتكرة، التصاميم الأولية، والمخططات التنفيذية التفصيلية للمشاريع السكنية والتجارية. 2. Client Interface / التواصل مع العملاء: • Conduct professional client meetings, understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively. • عقد اجتماعات احترافية مع العملاء لفهم متطلبات المشاريع، تقديم العروض التصميمية، وتعديل المخططات بناءً على ملحوظاتهم. 3. Technical & Regulatory Coordination / التنسيق الفني والتنظيمي: • Coordinate with structural and MEP engineering teams to ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality and TAMM regulations. • التنسيق مع الأقسام الهندسية الأخرى (الإنشائي والكهروميكانيكي) لضمان المطابقة الكاملة لكافة اشتراطات بلدية أبوظبي ونظام تام (TAMM). 4. 3D Visualization / الإظهار المعماري ثلاثي الأبعاد: • Create high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations to clearly convey design intent to clients. • إنتاج لقطات وإظهار معماري ثلاثي الأبعاد (3D) بجودة عالية لتقديم الأفكار التصميمية للعملاء بوضوح. --- Requirements & Qualifications / الشروط والمؤهلات: 1. Education / المؤهل العلمي: • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university. • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معترف بها. 2. Experience / الخبرة: • Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience in an architectural consultancy. • الخريجون الجدد أو أصحاب الخبرة التي تصل إلى 3 سنوات في مكتب استشارات هندسية. 3. Languages & Communication / اللغات والتواصل: • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. • إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة) مع تميز بمهارات العرض والتواصل اللبق مع العملاء. 4.
