• Develop and execute the factory automation strategy and technology roadmap to support operational excellence and future factory expansion.
• Lead automation and Industry 4.0 projects, including robotics, equipment integration, MES connectivity, digitalization, and predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Drive productivity, quality, and cost improvements through innovative automation solutions while providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of PCB experience in thick pcb automation engeering
• PCB experience with AI data centre or multi-layer (20-30+) would be advantage；
• Open mind and good communication and team cooperation spirits
• 8D report and 6 sigma DMAIC report skills
• Project management skills
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Computer skills, familiar with office software
