Capital Protection Solutions is currently hiring professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for multiple positions throughout the Miami Downtown area and Coral Gables. We are looking for strong-minded, alert, and customer service-oriented individuals who can maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and residents.

Available Positions

• Gatehouse Access Control Officers

• Rover Patrol Officers

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control property access points

• Verify visitors, vendors, and residents entering the property

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas and property grounds

• Report suspicious activity, incidents, or violations

• Maintain detailed activity and incident reports

• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing property rules

• Respond professionally to emergencies and disturbances

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, residents, and management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience

• Valid Florida Class D Security License

• Reliable transportation

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred for some positions

• Experience in residential communities, HOA, condominium, or gatehouse operations is a plus

Pay:

• Starting pay ranges from $15–$16per hour

• Pay rate depends on experience, location, and assigned position

Work Locations:

• Downtown Miami

• Coral Gables

• Additional Miami-Dade locations available
