- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, requests, and event requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, itineraries, and other documents related to MICE activities.
- Liaise with hotels, venues, transportation providers, restaurants, guides, and other vendors.
- Monitor the progress of bookings and event arrangements before and during the event.
- Assist in handling on-site requirements and coordinate solutions for unexpected situations.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all services are delivered properly.
- Complete necessary follow-up and documentation after the event.
