Job Description

We are looking for a MICE Executive to manage corporate events, meetings, conferences, and group travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate corporate meetings, events, conferences, and incentive trips.
• Handle hotel bookings, flight tickets, transfers, and other travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with clients, hotels, vendors, and other service providers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and event itineraries.
• Manage event requirements, budgets, and client follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth execution of events and provide good customer service.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in MICE, event management, or corporate travel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
