MICE PROJECT MANAGER- DMC

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a dynamic team within the corporate events and experiential marketing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency environments, excellent client management skills, and the ability to oversee complex projects while ensuring high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships and oversee multiple event projects from initial briefing through to final delivery. Develop creative event concepts and translate client objectives into effective proposals and experiences. Prepare project budgets, quotations, schedules, and presentations. Coordinate venues, suppliers, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless execution. Lead the planning and delivery of corporate events, conferences, hybrid formats, and team-building activities. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high service standards. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. Supervise event operations on-site and manage any last-minute changes or challenges. Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and expand existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with client expectations. Requirements At least three years of relevant experience in event management, experiential marketing, communications, or a similar agency environment. Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to manage international clients and projects. Strong organisational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of autonomy. Good command of office software and presentation tools. Based in Barcelona or the surrounding area, with flexibility to travel when required. Desirable Skills Experience working on healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or scientific events. Previous involvement in international accounts and multicultural projects. Knowledge of the MICE industry and corporate event production. A creative approach to client experience and event design. Experience coordinating teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
