Job Description

We are actively hiring a dynamic MICE Sales & Operations Executive to drive business growth and seamlessly execute corporate travel events. This role requires a unique professional who is equally comfortable pitching to corporate HRs/procurement heads and managing ground logistics for large groups

.Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Corporate Sales: Generate leads, pitch MICE services, and onboard new corporate clients.
• Proposal & Costing: Create customized domestic/international itineraries and highly accurate commercial quotes using MS Excel.
• Vendor Operations: Negotiate rates and coordinate logistics with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and DMCs.
• On-Ground Execution: Travel with corporate groups to manage multi-day event logistics, catering, and venue setups.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 10 years of hands-on experience in MICE sales or operations.

• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 1530 days.

• Skills: Strong B2B corporate pitching, vendor management, and excellent communication skills.
