Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Micro Store Captain to manage daily store operations, inventory, customer service, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and dispatches with the central team.
• Assist customers and resolve queries.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Maintain store standards and follow company guidelines.
• Handle multiple store-related activities efficiently.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in retail/store operations.
• Freshers with relevant skills may apply.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
