Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Micro Store Captain to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, customer experience, and coordination with the central operations team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Coordinate stock replenishment, receiving, and dispatch activities.
• Assist customers and resolve their queries professionally.
• Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with the central team for operational requirements.
• Follow company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure accurate handling and maintenance of store records.
• Manage multiple store-related activities and priorities efficiently.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in retail, store operations, or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in an on-site and fast-paced environment.
