Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Micro Store Captain to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, customer service, and operational coordination.

The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or store operations, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in retail operations may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Maintain product displays and ensure store standards are followed.
• Coordinate stock replenishment, receiving, and dispatch activities.
• Assist customers and resolve queries professionally.
• Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with the central operations team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
• Identify and resolve routine store-level operational issues.
• Handle multiple store activities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills

• Experience in Retail, Store Operations, or Customer Service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site retail environment.
