Micro Surfacing Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate micro surfacing machinery and equipment.
• Carry out micro surfacing work as per project requirements.
• Monitor machine operation, material flow and application.
• Ensure proper mixing and application of micro surfacing materials.
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Coordinate with site engineers and road construction teams.
• Maintain machine and operation records.
• Follow project quality, safety and operating procedures.
• Report equipment issues and operational abnormalities to the maintenance/site team.

Preferred candidate profile

• 38 years of experience operating micro surfacing or similar road construction equipment.
• Experience in road maintenance/highway projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of machine operation and material application.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel as required.
