Microbiologist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Interpret microbial results and support product release decisions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, SOPs, food safety, and quality requirements.
• Support method development, validation, and optimization.
• Perform trend analysis and investigate food safety or quality issues.
• Assist with CAPA, non-conformance management, audits, and accreditation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or related Life Science discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of microbiology laboratory experience.
• Experience in Food, Flavor & Fragrance (F&F), Food Manufacturing, or Quality Control environment is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods, GLP, and ISO 17025.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, laboratory investigations, and CAPA processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
