Microbiologist

Job Purpose

To assist the Lead Microbiologist in routine microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, water testing, media preparation, and laboratory documentation to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and quality standards for Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) solutions and related products.

Key Responsibilities

Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, purified water (PW), water for injection (WFI), environmental monitoring samples, bioburden samples, and finished products according to approved procedures. Prepare and sterilize microbiological media and reagents, support routine laboratory operations, maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation in compliance with GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements, and assist in investigations related to OOS results, environmental monitoring excursions, deviations, and CAPAs.

Equipment and Techniques Exposure

The selected candidate will gain experience with Autoclave, Incubator, Biosafety Cabinet (Laminar Air Flow), Colony Counter, Air Sampler, Membrane Filtration System, Microscope, Endotoxin Testing Equipment, and Environmental Monitoring Equipment.

Experience

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Internship or academic laboratory experience in microbiology will be preferred.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
