Role & responsibilities
1 Ensure that lab cleanliness, Hygiene and safety standards are maintained
2 Perform the tests as per testing procedures and ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
3 Following the Good Microbiology Practice
4Preparation and review of media and other reagents for Microbial testing.
- Maintaining QC (Microbiology) records, preparing reports.
6 Attending the training program for QC (Microbiology) SOPs and another relevant SOPs.
- Ensuring and Reporting safety in work activities in work environment.
8 Responsible for performing calibration of instruments.
- Responsible for performing Environmental monitoring study in LAF and Production area.
10 Responsible for performing validation of Microbial test methods.
Responsible for Performing Growth promotion test in new receipt Media’s.
Responsible to initiate the incident, deviation, investigations, OOS/ OOT etc.
13 To Conducting Microbiological Tests and Analysis for all types of samples and special studies.
- Identifying Microorganisms and Detecting Contamination.
