What they need
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager Microbiology to lead the Microbiology function at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, covering OSD and Injectable operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage microbiological testing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with CGMP guidelines.
- Oversee sterility testing of injectables, including media preparation, inoculation, incubation, and data analysis.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for tablets production lines to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to microbial contamination or defects in pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure accurate documentation of test results, protocols, and reports according to regulatory requirements.
Note: Compensation will be discussed based on the candidates experience, skills and suitability for the role.
